Clients are responsible for choosing the event venue and obtaining any necessary permissions from local authorities.

Catering 

In several packages, food containers will be provided by UME Events, but clients are responsible for arranging food themselves or placing online food orders.

Backup Tent

A backup tent will be available in case of unexpected weather conditions.

evening Events 

For nighttime celebrations, UME Events will provide staff and portable, battery-operated lighting. Please note that an additional 20% fee applies for evening events.

Children’s Safety

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children during the event.

Power Supply
